Enrollment Policy

This setting allows you to type in any reminders or additional information for the students to take note of during enrollment.

To get to this screen, click on the Enrollment Setup menu found under the Enrollment menu group. The Enrollment Policy tab can be found here.

Setting up the Enrollment Policy

1) Set the Enrollment Policy Header and Content as needed. Formatting tools such as lists, font size customization and the ability to insert photos have been made available.

2) In order to preview how this would look on the side of the students, make sure to click the Save Changes button and then click the Preview button.

3) A popup window will appear after clicking the Preview button so you can verify the contents of your enrollment policy.

It is recommended that the Enrollment Policy is set up before allowing students to access the enlistment workflow from their portals.
