Purpose: To setup your school's departments and set the foundation for unit-specific rules and processes.

Prerequisite/dependencies: None


Go to Planning > School Year Setup > Units

Adding a new Unit

1) Click the +Add button

2) Fill out the required information

  • Code - Unit or department code to be used

  • Description

3) Click the Save button

Editing a Unit

1) Select a Unit and edit directly on the fields

2) Click on the Save button

Deleting a Unit

1) Click on the Delete button

2) In the confirmation window, click on Delete
