Academic Terms

The Academic Terms settings will determine the maximum number of terms to be displayed and utilized in the Grading Process.

This setting can be found under the Planning Group > School Year Setup > Academic Terms.

Assigning an Academic Term to a Unit

You need to set up your school's units in order to set an academic term.

1) To get started, select the Unit you want to assign an Academic Term setting to.

2) Select an Academic Term setting from the dropdown.

  • Yearly - One grading period

  • Semestral - Two grading periods

  • Trimester - Three Grading Periods

  • Quarterly - Four Grading Periods

3) Click the Save button
