Accepting or Rejecting Offered Classes

Last updated: April 29, 2020 by BAS
Upon receiving an email notification that classes are now offered, login to Edusuite and click on the Manage Classes tab on the left side of the screen.
You will be redirected to the 'Classes' screen where the it is divided into two sections: Offered Classes and Current Trimester.
  • Offered Classes - refers to subjects/courses being planned for or scheduled for the immediate coming term
  • Current Trimester - refers to the set of subjects/courses a faculty is currently handling or teaching.
For Offered Classes, a list of subjects will be displayed along with its proposed schedule for the incoming term. You may opt to either: accept or reject the proposed schedule.
Click on the corresponding icon (green check to accept and red cross/delete to reject).
By clicking on the green check, you express your acceptance (?) to the proposed schedule to the school administrators. In the same way, clicking on the reject button will signify that you are not in agreement with the proposed schedule.
Once you have clicked either of the choices, confirm the action by clicking the "Accept Offer" or "Reject Offer" on the warning message that appears.
Rejecting a proposed schedule does not automatically mean that its schedule will be adjusted accordingly. It is recommended that you get in touch with your department heads or school admins to address scheduling conflicts or concerns.
