In order for the 'Go To Enrollment' button to be accessible, make sure you have accomplished the following tasks:
- Todo list items must all be in the 'Marked as Done' state
- Your information must be updated and verified.
You will not be able to proceed with the enlistment process unless the two conditions mentioned above are met.
On your home page, a prompt will appear on the upper section of the home page notifying you that enrollment is now open. Click on the "Go To Enrollment" button to start enlisting your classes.
After clicking the "Go To Enrollment" button, an Enrollment Policy popup will appear wherein you will have to read through your school's policy. You need to tick the 'I agree' button to be able to proceed.
You will then be redirected to the enlistment page. By default, Edusuite may have already automatically enlisted you to subjects which our algorithm advises you to take. Moreover, depending on your school's enlistment schedule or rules, you may or may not be allowed to edit your schedule and subjects for enlistment.
You'll know you're allowed to edit when the '+ Add a Class' button is visible or accessible as well as seeing the 'delete' icon when you hover on the a subject from the right panel.
From here, you may now proceed to adding or removing classes.
To add a class, click on the '+ Add A Class' button.
Select a course which you plan to enlist from the Course dropdown, then choose a schedule from the available options in the schedule dropdown.
When you have chosen the class, click "Enlist Class" to enlist. You are now temporarily enlisted in that subject. Your selected schedule should be reflected on the timetable or calendar view on the left.
To change the schedule of a class, choose the class you want to change and click on it schedule dropdown and choose which schedule you want to change to.
A prompt will appear to make sure you want to enlist in this schedule instead of the current one. (NOTE: We cannot guarantee that you will be able to enlist again to the same class.). Click "OK" if you agree to these conditions.
Upon clicking, the schedule will change and your new schedule will be reflected on the timetable or calendar view on the left.
To remove a class from your schedule, hover on your chosen class. You will see the trash or remove class icon.
Upon clicking the icon, a prompt will appear to make sure you want to cancel your enlistment in this class. (NOTE: We cannot guarantee that you will be able to enlist again to the same class). Click "Cancel Enlistment" if you agree to these conditions.
Upon clicking, the class will be removed from the list and the schedules view.
After you have enlisted your classes, click on the "View Assessment" button on the upper right corner of the screen to view the breakdown of payments and the amount you will need to pay to the cashier.
Choose your payment plan from the Payment Option dropdown.
You can view the breakdown of each component by clicking on each of their arrows next to the fee group names. (?)
If you have any concerns regarding your assessment, leave a message on the textbox provided below. This will be submitted to the administrator for review.
Click "Proceed". A prompt will appear to inform you to wait for an e-mail or SMS from your administrator to verify you enlistment, then click "OK".
