Purpose: To manage all user roles and set the privileges
Prerequisite/Dependencies: None
Output: User roles to assign per user
Go to Users > User setup > User Roles
1) Click + New.
2) Fill out the necessary details:
Name - what to call the User Role (usually it is the department name)
Privileges - what permissions should this User Role have?; refer to this document to know what each privilege means (note that is a work-in-progress).
3) Once done, don't forget to click Submit.
A User Role can only be deleted if it not assigned to any user.
By Name - alphabetical A-Z or Z-A
