Audit trail

Purpose: To view all transactions done in the system such as date and time of the transaction, the user who made the change, and the change made.

Prerequisite/dependencies: Any change in the system

Output: Report of all movements done in the system

Go to Security > Audit Trail

Searching the Log

Click the search bar on the right side and type the keyword to search

Sorting the Log

Click the sort button on the right side

By Date - oldest to newest, vice versa

By Event Type - type of modification made, alphabetical

By Initiator - who made the update, alphabetical

By Module - what function was updated, alphabetical

By IP Address - from what IP address the update was made, ascending/descending
