The Payment Channels allows you to setup links that redirects students to external websites or directly to Dragonpay for payment.

The Payment Channels manager can be found under Finance Setup.

Adding New Payment Channels

1) Click the +New Payment Channel button to get started.

2) A popup will appear where you can add the details of your payment channel. There are two types of payment channels available for you to setup: basic Links and the Dragonpay gateway. Choose one and fill out the necessary details.

  • Name of Payment Channel - This will be displayed in the student portal.

  • Description

  • Logo - This will be displayed in the student portal.

  • Link URL

3) Click the Save button.

Below is an example of how the added Payment Channels may appear in the student portal.

Updating Payment Channel Details

1) From the Payment Channels list, select the item you would like to edit and click on the edit button.

2) The details of your selected payment channel will appear and you may now proceed with editing its details.

3) Once you are done, click the Save button.

Enabling and Disabling Payment Channels Access

You can temporarily hide or disable selected payment channels from students by toggling the Status of each Payment Channel from the list to ON or OFF.

  • ON - The selected Payment Channel will be visible in the student portal.

  • OFF - The selected Payment Channel will not be visible in the student portal.

Though not recommended since it may disrupt students mid-transactions, this setting can be updated at any time.

Sorting Payment Channels

You can customize how your school's offered payment channels are to be displayed in the student portal by clicking the three bars at the start of each payment channel entry, holding and dragging them up and down.

How you arrange the payment channels in the Payment Channels manager is how these will also be displayed in the student portal.

Deleting Payment Channels

1) From the Payment Channels list, select the item you would like to delete and click on the delete button.

2) A popup will appear requesting for your confirmation to delete the selected payment channel. Click Delete if you would like to proceed.
