Purpose: To setup clearance and assign it to a user or user group
Prerequisite/dependencies: Users, User Groups
Output: Clearance requirements that can be assigned and will appear on user's profile
Go to Utilities > Clearance Manager
1) Click + New Requirement.
2) Fill out the necessary details:
Name - what to call the Requirement
Requirement details - what this requirement is about
School year applicable - what school year does the Clearance will be applicable?
Due date - when to complete the requirement
Reviewers - who will manage the assigned users under this requirement?
Mark as Urgent (checkbox) - is this an urgent requirement?
3) Once done, don't forget to click Save.
1) Click the View Assigned. This will show all the users who has this Clearance.
2) Click +Add Assigned to assign a new user.
3) From the drop-down, pick a filter to search for the user:
Selected users - assign to specific user (can be multiple); select user in the next multiselect dropdown
User groups - assign to all users under a user group (can be multiple); select user group in the next multiselect dropdown
Grade level - assign to all users under a grade level (can be multiple); select the grade level in the next multiselect dropdown
Filters can be combined as necessary just like the example below.
4) Once done, don't forget to click Ok.
5) After assignment, the user will be moved on the Pending list of the Clearance.
1) Click the View Assigned. This will show all the users who has this Clearance.
2) Click the red X button to remove the user from the Clearance.
1) Click the View Assigned. This will show all the users who has this Clearance.
2) Click the red Mark as done to tag the student's clearance as completed.
3) Once done, the user will be moved on the Done list of the Clearance.
Pending content
