Welcome to Edusuite's Implementation User Guide! This user guide provides step-by-step instruction in setting up the system. Each function may be viewed and edited depending on the privileges/access granted to a user. For other concerns, which may not be covered in this user guide, contact Edusuite's Support Team or file a ticket here.
Edusuite is best accessed on a desktop computer with Google Chrome as your browser.

Parts 1 to 3 must be done in the order as indicated.
Part 1: For the System Administrator
Pre-requisite: None
Outputs: All users with correct privileges, other admin stuff
Part 2: For the Registrar
Pre-requisite: All users with correct privileges
Output: Profiles of students and guardians
Part 3: For the Registrar and Academics Team
Pre-requisite: All users with correct privileges
Output: Components for Scheduler
Part 4: For the Finance Team
Pre-requisite: All users with correct privileges
Output: Components for Finance
Part 5: For the Academics Team
Pre-requisites: All users with correct privileges, Subjects (under Grade Levels)
Output: Faculty and their teaching profiles
Pre-requisites: Planning Setup components, Faculty's teaching profile
Output: Schedules
Part 6: For the School Administrators
Pre-requisites: All users with correct privileges, Enrolled students
Outputs: Components for clearance
