Import New Student

Purpose: Add students

Prerequisite/Dependencies: Existing Guardian profile (email) , Strand code

Output: New students in the list

1.Go to Users > Student

2. Click Import icon at the upper right corner of the page to add students

Follow the required format which can also be found in the sample template (Click Download template).

1.Student number and Learner Reference Number shall be unique.

2. Strand code shall be valid, and currently in the strands list. see also: Adding Tracks (JHS and SHS)

3. Guardian email shall be existing in Guardians Users. see also: Guardians

3. Click browse to upload your .csv file

4. Click the Import button, a notification message will appear informing that you have successfully imported data. New students will now be added on the list.
