Rooms

Under "Planning", click on the “Planning Setup” tab. On the Planning Setup menu, click on the “Rooms” tab. This will show the Rooms page.

Creating a New Room

1. To create a new room, click the “New Room” button on the upper right part of the page. This will give you an “Add a new room” form.

2. Fill up the necessary details. Do not leave any fields blank and do not use a room code that is already being used.

3. Once you are done filling the form, click “Add Room”. This will return you to the Rooms page and you may now see your newly created room in the list provided.

Editing a Room

1. To edit a room, choose a room to edit and click on its edit/pencil icon. This will show an “Edit room details” form.

2. Change any of the fields that you want, but remember that the code shouldn’t be the same with an existing code and that you cannot leave any fields blank.

3. Click “Update Room” once you are finished. This brings you back to the Room page where your item has already visibly changed.

Deleting a Room

2. An alert message will show asking if you are sure you want to delete the item. Click “Delete” to finalize the deletion.

3. Your chosen item is removed from the list.

Adding an Unavailable Schedule

1. To go to the Edit Availability page, choose a room to edit availability and click its “Edit Availability” button. This will show a page with the list of unavailable schedules for that room.

2. To set a schedule to be unavailable for that room, click “Unavailable Schedule” on the upper right corner. This will show a “Create new room unavailability” form.

3. Fill up all the details accordingly. Do not leave any field blank.

4. Once you finish filling up the form, click “Add Room Unavailability”. Upon submission, you will see that the schedule is now in the list.

Deleting an Unavailability Schedule

1. To go to the Edit Availability page, choose a room to edit availability and click its “Edit Availability” button. This will show a page with the list of unavailable schedules for that room.

2. Choose the unavailable schedule you want to delete and click its delete/trash icon.

3. An alert message will show asking if you are sure you want to delete the item. Click “Delete” to finalize the deletion. Your chosen item has now disappeared from the list.

Searching a Room

1. To search for a room, type in a keyword or the exact text on the search bar above.

2. Press enter on your keyboard to search. A list of searches that match your description should show below.

Import Room

1. To import a room, Click "Upload" to open a modal containing requirements for CSV File Upload

1. Click on "Import File" as soon as file has been uploaded
