System Label Settings

From the School Settings page, click on "System Label Settings" to view the label settings screen.

This module allows users to rename system-wide used terms to customize and make Edusuite more at home with users.

Currently, these are the items that are editable

A. Term Settings

  1. Term

  2. 1st

  3. 2nd

  4. 3rd

  5. 4th

B. Planning Setup

  1. Department

  2. Course

  3. Course Equivalency

  4. Program

  5. Set

  6. Set A

  7. Set B

  8. College

  9. Dean

  10. Assistant To The Dean

C. Finance Setup

  1. Payment Scheme

  2. Account Code

  3. Others

D. Others

  1. Grade Point Average

Below is an example of what you can rename the current terms being used in Edusuite:

  • Course Equivalency = Course matching

  • Course = Subject

  • Department = College

  • Grade Point Average = GWA

  • Program = Course

  • Term = Semester
