From the School Settings page, click on "Data Import Wizard" for ease of data migration.
1) Click the Download Template button to get a copy of the CSV file used in importing rooms.
You may refer to the fields list on the information that is needed.

Capacity
Room Type Codes
2) Once you have filled out the Rooms Import Template, click the Import CSV file to upload the template. You may opt to drag the file to the popup or click on Choose a File to access your file browser.
3) Click Import.
A prompt will appear upon successful import.
Your import/upload speed will depend on the number of rooms you are trying to import. If nothing happens after twenty to thirty minutes, refresh the screen and check the Rooms list.

A separate Students Import module is currently available while faculty data may be added from the Faculty list.

All student data must be imported first before importing grades. All programs and course details must also be set up as pre-requisites.
2) Once you have filled out the Grades Import Template, click the Import CSV file to upload the template. You may opt to drag the file to the popup or click on Choose a File to access your file browser.
3) Click Import File.
A prompt will appear upon successful import.
Your import/upload speed will depend on the number of students and grades you are trying to import. If nothing happens after twenty to thirty minutes, refresh the screen and check the Students list.
