Edusuite is best accessed on a desktop computer with Google Chrome as your browser.
You are now on the dashboard! Your dashboard gives you an overview of your school's enrollment and financial data as well as pending clearance items or tasks in the form of "widgets".
The widgets you see on your dashboard will depend on user role or the discretion of your system administrator. It is possible that you are able to access some of the widgets or all of the widgets.
By default, the set of widgets available to view are for the current term. You can view the widgets from the previous term or for the next term by clicking the dropdown on the upper left portion of the screen.
This widget shows details regarding the teaching load your school's faculty.
This widget shows a breakdown of all students enrolled for the selected term by their status
This widget shows a breakdown of all students enrolled for the selected term by their programs.
This widget shows a breakdown of all students that are expected to enroll for the next term.
If you are viewing the widgets for Term 1 of 2019 - 2020, this widget shows students with starting term Term 2 of 2019 - 2020.
This widget shows the selected term's collectibles and payables.
This widget does not include transactions under Other Fees.
This widget shows a breakdown of collectibles based on their Ledger or Account Codes.
Tuition Plan Fees that are not assigned an account code will be grouped under Uncategorized Tuition Fee.
This widget shows a breakdown of all payments made based according to their payment mode.
This widget shows a summary of section offerings for the selected term.
Your Tasks, found on the right portion of your dashboard, is the list of things you need to accomplish.
Per task, you can see its Name or Title, brief description of the task and its due date.
Currently there are three statuses for the tasks:
Pending - The starting status of any task assigned to you. These tasks will have a hollow circle, meaning it has not been accomplished yet.
Click on the hollow circle or name of the task from the list if you believe that this item has already been accomplished. Doing this only notifies the clearance reviewer that you are done with the task and not marking it as officially 'done'.
For Verification - These tasks will have a blue clock icon, meaning you've marked this as a requirement that the clearance reviewer (person or department who assigned you the task) needs to check.
Done - Tasks with a check mark in the circle and crossed out task details signifies that the clearance reviewer has already reviewed and marked your task as complete.
